The Robbie Chair draws from the design language of the Bratus bench for the backrest, with a prominent angle to the back showing off its slender curved stainless steel legs that cross under it. It is the perfect complement to the Bratus, echoing its ergonomic design for maximum comfort and style.
We created the seat from white oak with a cylindrical backrest, supported by a stainless steel structure, which is the main structural element. The stainless steel structure was crossed and bent in circular sections that claim to form the backrest.
Influenced by the Brutalist movement begun in the 1950’s, the Zappa is a Coffee Table made of ash wood. A wooden and glass countertop function as spaces to place your cutlery or other decorative/functional accessories; A space to store magazines, the morning’s newspaper or a collection of your Encyclopedia!
Abstract triangular formations has shaped the table into an object that appears to slice the air in your living room. A delicate wooden inlay made of walnut wood, has been crafted in along the profile of the table. The open storage below the countertops, exposes the structure's surface skin, and creates non-rectilinear shapes which appear to distort and dislocate elements of architecture. The finished visual appearance is characterized by unpredictability and controlled chaos.
